I have reached my first goal!!!! 
:happy: since starting here. 1st goal was to be off my blood preasure medication by my Birthday. My Birthday is November 26. I went to see my Doctor yesterday,she said that we can start taking me off my blood preasure medication.
I am super pumped!!!! :happy: Now I can focus on my 2nd goal, to be in Onederland.
