In Need of Breakfast Ideas

I am in need of help regarding breakfast ideas. They need to be gluten and grain free, and low in calories.
Quick and easy is preferable but I am also happy to make and freeze in advance.
Right now I am pretty sick of eggs and in need of a change, so any ideas would be really appreciated!

Plain Greek Yogurt. Add granola or fruit if you like
Fritata: You may be sick of just eggs, but try to bake eggs beaten with any low fat milk. Add things like tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, spinach, broccoli etc

I have gluten free, fat free, low sodium rice cakes that I got from trader joes, but you can get them anywhere for super cheap. I put peanut butter or almond butter or honey on them, cut up some banana and put it on top and I'm good to go! If I have time, I'll drink a glass of vanilla almond milk, and then I'm out the door and it's roughly 300 calories (with milk, without it's about 250ish) and super delicious!
Also very affordable, which is a major plus for me!0 -

The first website relies pretty heavily on grains but it has some good stuff.
There is millet - which is actually a seed as opposed to a grain - and can be used like you would oatmeal which I love.0 -
I have the same breakfast every day...it has sweet and crunch and cool and smooth all in one bowl:
1/3 c five-grain cereal, uncooked
1 T flaxseed
2 t sunflower seeds
14 almonds (usually chopped up)
1/2 c frozen blueberries
1/3 c homemade whole milk plain yogurt
1/3- 1/2 cup soymilk or almond milk
It keeps me going all morning.0 -

Oven roasted veggies and potatoes - You can make up a big batch and just reheat on a skillet or in the microwave.
Sweet potato pancakes - Grate 1/2 a sweet potato add an egg and mix well. Pan fry 2-3 min each side.
Leftovers from dinner - It may seem odd to eat dinner for breakfast, but it's usually quick and easy.
Nut and fruit granola - just mix together your favorite nuts with dried fruit and eat like cereal.0 -

breakfast potatoes - fry in a skillet with onions, green peppers, red peppers, and olive oil. Add garlic powder, seasoning salt, and paprika, salt and pepper. They're really good with hot sauce.
You can roll cheese up in deli meat and microwave it to make little roll-ups.
Apples or bananas with peanut butter
Might sound wierd but... apple and cheese sandwich. I cut the apples into thin round slices for the "bread" and put a piece of sharp cheddar in the middle. it's yummy, you can put a bit of peanut or almond butter in too.

If I have to eat on the go, I grab some sliced chicken/turkey or some smoked salmon. It did take me ages to get used to what I felt was 'evening food' in the morning though! Or scrambled eggs with chopped spinach and a tiny tiny bit of cheddar, but I know you're sick of eggs. Soup is another weird one, but good on cold mornings!0
