Hey guys i'm new on here and am hoping to have as much success as all of the other members. I feel like i have the right frame of mind to actually do it this time.
I have no excuse for getting to the size i am, no kids or anything just me loving my food too much so now i have to learn to love my food a little:blushing: :blushing:
Anyway wish me luck the weekend is usually when i get carried away.

Good luck! The weekends are always the hardest in the beginning of your journey...don't beat yourself up too much if you slip a little...just make the best choices you can, drink more water than wine (or beer or vodka or ...) and keep some kind of exercise routine in the back of your mind for when/if you go over...0
