Kids say the darnest but truthful things...

As I was riding my daughters bike last night, (remind you, I have not been on a bicycle in over 20 something years), I made a comment that I was going to flatten her tires..and she said, "mommie, you're not fat anymore" and I looked at her and started laughing..I laughed because she had never said I was fat...and to hear her say this was funny because she was honestly telling me the truth! My kids are why I am doing this weight loss journey and for my kids to notice my weight loss is wonderful!!

    Lol...that is awesome! Your right though, kids dont know how to lie yet or realize why lying (like about weight) is sometimes needed LOL.

    When my ex's 6 year old son poked my back fat roll (years ago when I first started my weight loss journey) and said whats this bump...and poked it, and said ewww its fat! It kinda hurt but it shook something in my head that WOW I need to lose weight. HAHA
