Need support and new friends!!

Woke up fed up of being overweight. Sometimes I wonder how I let myself get this way. I have an extremely busy full life, I guess putting everyone else in my life first caused me to neglect my own health and wellbeing! Well now it's time to get me back on track and healthy. I'm wanting to lose 20kgs and i'm looking for new friends who can offer me support and just help each other and share ideas. After basically spending the last 35 years of my life eating whatever the hell I want I really need guidance because I have no clue what the word 'diet' means, so if there's anyone who would like to add me, I need all the friends I can get right now

Hello, I joined the day I got my I phone 4 because I saw someone texting there calories into a their phone. I found the web sight and just started logging. I don't feel like it's working because I am never hungry and always eat less calories then suggested. I did have to much fat on day one and day four. I am going to weigh my food today to make sure I am being honest. My goal is to find out how much I way today. My mom lives in a nursing home and I am going to see if their scales go above 350.Good luck to you and have a great day.0

Hello, nice to see you all ^_^ So far I have lost 4 kgs, and I still need to lose 8 kgs more to reach my ideal weight. The hadest part in using Fitnesspal i think is being honest with yourself, how many scoop did you take, or which kind of food (same food have a lot of brand which differ in calories >__<). My suggestions are:
-eat what do you want to eat, but moderately!
-self control
- a lot of self LOVE, eat what makes u happy and healthy (if possible)
-never think we are ugly fat etc etc etc.. it will just break your heart..
Keep in touch, i hope we can be successful.
Anyway my weight was 57 kgs, and my current weight is 53 kgs. Hopefully will be 45 kgs (without exercising kkk). Thanks Hope we can talk for more0
