Hi all!

I've had the account/phone app forever but have never actually made use of myfitnesspal. I'm going to change that and was wondering if there was anyone else who was just starting out or anyone just looking for motivational a buddy?

I'm almost 28, female, and need to lose about 30 lbs. I sit in front of a computer all day (and night for that matter) so I've been living a pretty non-active lifestyle for a while. I'm going to start wit walks, eventually leading to runs, as well as Slim in 6 and move up to Chalean extreme.
