Need a gym stopwatch....Please help!

I need a gym stopwatch that would make a loud alarm every 30 seconds for outside of the house. Need something simple that I could hang around my neck. Budget is $10 to $25...nothing fancy...looked online at Target, Walmart, ****'s and sports authority but none showed something simple and cheap to do JUST that. Please help if you know.

Do you have a Smartphone? There are several apps you can download for free that will give you HITT countdown timers.0

You could use your phone, most phones have some form of timer function- perhaps grab an arm strap to keep it in.0

It sounds like you are looking for an interval timer, not a stopwatch.
Here's a link to one at Amazon and you can see if it does what you need. If you search on there and elsewhere you will find similar devices now that you know what they are called.

I have seconds pro on my iPhone and its great. You can set up any duration you want. Play without headphones or with, even beeps over music if you want it to. Forget how much I spent on it, maybe 2.99. Well worth it in my opinion.0
