Paleo?

So...I have been lactose intolerant for about 20 years and I seem to be developing an intolerance for grains now. I have been reading about the Paleo diet and have decided to give it a try for 30 days to see if it will make a difference. My concern is that I work out really hard every day and I'm afraid I won't get enough food in to keep up my workouts. Does anyone out there eat this way and work out hard? and if so, may I be friends with you and check out your diary? What are the thoughts on this?

I don't follow the Paleo diet, but I know it is popular among people who do CrossFit. So it can definitely support hard workouts.
