5'3 LADIES: What's your daily calorie goal ?

My BMR is 1,790
But I've been roughly loosing POINT 9lbs each week
eating at 1400

    I am working on lowering my BF and weight currently.

    I eat 1800 on non-workout days
    I eat 2000 on workout days

    1150 and working out. Trying not to eat back exercise calories unless I really want it. My BMR is 1444

    I am 5'3", 125 lb. I have my daily goal set to my BMR which is 1,270.

  • That sounds about right...

    If you have a deficit of 390 calories a day, over 7 days, you would have a calorie deficit of 2730. One pound is equivalent to 3500 calories, so that is why you are not losing as much as you anticipated.

    I am also 5' 3", and I eat 1300 calories a day, and according to my Bodymedia Fit, I burn about 2400 calories a day. This is about 1100 calorie deficit a day, which equals about 2 lbs a week.

    If you want to lose 1 pound a week, you need a deficit of 500 calories per day. If you want to lose 2 pounds a week, you need a 1000 calorie deficit per day. I hope this helps!
  • My BMR is also around 1800. I have been on 1200 calories just because I have not been exercising. My days are usually pretty busy so I rarely eat all my calories.
  • I am 5'3 BMR approx 1700

    I eat 1200 calories a day, workout, and try to only eat 1200 ...this does not include any of my exercise calories.

    I currently am 128 lbs. And when I eat clean like this drop down to my leanest consistently. Drink lots of water, eat tons of veggies and at least 120 g of protein to keep muscles!

    I'm 5'2 current weight 287 lbs, BMR: 1986, I'm trying to stick to 1700 cals a day but I'm not liking the outcome so I'll be going back to 1340
