My New Ab Workout

I started this ab workout today and I really have to say that I am feeling it. Starting out it may seem extreme but the final goal is to complete it with as little breaks and time between exercises as possible. So after awhile you should be able to complete it as one fluid transition of exercises. But at the beginning take as many short breaks as you need to (but no longer than 30 to 60 seconds).
