Finally giving this calorie counting thing a shot

I have NEVER counted calories. The first day i didn't even log all of my food I ate and I was well over 3000. I have always had a high metabolism especially when I was a little younger, but getting older now(25) my metabolism has finally slowed a bit. When i weighed today i was 212.8. I am 5'10" I have been doing pretty decent so far the last two days keeping my count around 2100. I am just trying to get to 198 for a professional armwrestling tournament I will be competing in, in January. I am glad I have a job that involves walking at a minimum usually 8-10 miles a day.

  • Also I LOVE competitive arm wrestling and travel all over the country doing it. So most of my workouts are strength based towards that.
