Here's some pics of my journey so far. This has taken since the new year so am looking at about 50lb in a year. I know I could have done it quicker but I am happy with how far I have come.

    Thanks so much everyone! I started at 248 and am just under 200 now. Still have a way to go, am going to get to 150. Its taken me a year to lose 50lbs so if I do the next 50lbs in a year I will be very happy :) Oh and I am 5ft 4inch.

    Here is my down 50lb pic (in my dress for a ball I am going to next weekend)
