what gets you motivated?
I usually workout six days a week and probably 2 of the days I don't feel like doing anything. What gets you all going? these two usually work for me.
1 I would have to say the mirror is a big motivator not in a conceded way but were i see the most results of my hard work.
2 would be pre work out for the gym when simple carbs simply cant cut it.

Reminding myself how great I feel after I am done working out! Plus, it’s a nice break from the kids!0

I don't want a break from my kids. I love every moment i can be with them and wish i could be with them all the time.
In terms of getting me motivated. I am not going to lie. Looking at a picture of someone with a body that i really wish i had helps me to keep going. Gives me a goal to try and strive for.0 -
Sometimes it's logging my food (and drink!) in advance so I know I have to exercise to get back in balance and hit my target for the day.0

i know what you mean i get the biggest feeling of guilt if i don't go to the gym for one day. even my day off.0

Logging food, drinks and calories is huge it really keeps you paranoid about eating the wrong things. It also determines if you need to put in a little extra effort on workouts.0
