I've hit a wall.

I need help. Stuck at 185 the past week.

  • Don´t worry. You won´t always lose the same amount and sometimes not at all. Some days you might even gain, but that´s ony natural. Be patient and keep working at it.

    Look at what you're doing and try something different. Change up your exercise routine. Eliminate something from your diet and replace it with something healthier. Also, make sure your perceived wall isn't just that you haven't lost any weight in two days. This takes time, as you're probably well aware.
