You can add me. Our weight loss goals of over 100 are about the same. I recently started C25K and am playing with weights at the gym. Not sure if I should go more reps and sets at lower weights or higher weights with less sets. I have recently upped my net calories, protein and water. This is a life change and not a diet.:happy:0
