New to the 'social' aspect - add me :)

I am fairly new, just started to read and post last week and realized today my morning coffee is costing me 105 calories - so it's time to cut that crap out. Well, at least the half and half and the sugar :)

I guess I'm looking for new ways to help me lose my waist line. I had a freak accident while shopping last Saturday and pulled my rotator cuff, so I'm stuck doing only cardio/leg work for at least 2 weeks which REALLY GRINDS MY GEARS!

Because I frequently workout and have now been diagnosed with PCOS, I've decided my weigh-ins will be once every month as I do my fat to muscle ratio at the gym all that the same time.

I'm a woman - PMS kills me once a month (last night prime example! M&M's with peanuts, ice cream bar and chips :/) and I need help trying to overcome these obstacles... I haven't had a drink in about 2 weeks :D I loooooove my wine! and beer :/ haha

Add me as a friend, we can share some tips and easy recipes even. I live with a chef who I think is trying to make me fat :@ So... knowing more healthy recepies (I can cook!) will help me cook for more often for myself!

    I hear you! I was having the Dunkin Donuts pumpkin coffee everyday for the past two months and could not figure out why I have not been losing weight...well I learned that there are about 165 calories in a medium black pumpkin coffee!

    My downfalls are red wine and chocolate ice cream, so every weekend seems to be a struggle for me. As for healthy recipes, check out Pinterest, I have found some good things on there! And I have found alot of workout videos on there as well.

    Red wine & chocolate... omg... together *drool*... that means way more spinning on Monday! haha

    I get what you're saying. Saturday we had pizza for dinner and I limited myself to 3 veggies slices instead of 1/2! haha. we had cookies and chocolate everywhere and I politely declined... how, not sure, but I did it! Sunday was a mess come 7pm. The chocolate cravings were kicking in and I gave in for the first time in a week. Damn lol.
