New guy losing focus

Hello, people of MFP. I began a strict diet and exercise routine last January. Though I have made some great progress, i began losing focus about 2 months ago. I've been skipping workouts and eat junk food. I've got work, school, and constant school work which makes it hard to sit down and cook something healthy and hit the gym after a hard day's work. I'm looking for people that want to share advice and progress.
My goal is to cut down to 140 lb (12 more to go), then bulk up to 160 and gain some serious muscle mass. Then, I want to cut down and get toned.
Help me help you. I'm looking forward to meeting new people.

I definitely know how hard it is to get a workout in after school or work. Eating healthy can be tough too, maybe make meals the night before if possible or plan out what your going to eat so you won't be tempted by junk food (Better said than done, right? lol) Just remember your goals you set for yourself. MFP helps you stay focused once you get in the habit of using it, Good luck!0
