    With Zumba (3-4 times a week) and watching my calorie intake, and drinking tons of water - I've lost 77 lbs. since Aug of 2011. It's a great exercise. I always hated exercising but now I've even taken up running. Zumba is AWESOME!!!

    I love ZUMBA it is my primary cardio workout. In the last year I have lost 22 lbs mostly w/Zumba. I also wear a HRM during my workout to track the calories.

    Hi everyone, I have a quick question. How do you track the zumba on your fitness? I couldn't find anything just dancing. If I do a 45 minute class how would I track it? Thanks

    I put in general aerobics for my Zumba. I love my Zumba class. You will literally dance your butt off. :bigsmile: I have lost weight but not just with Zumba. It is MFP and exercise on a whole.

    I have. :smile: About 50lbs total... and Zumba played a BIG part in that weightloss.
