I need help getting past the 150 mark. I'm at 151 right now and I've fluctuated a lb or two here and there but I want to get back down to the 140's and eventually 130's. The lowest I can remember myself being is 138 but I know I can get smaller. I just need help pushing past this damn 150 mark. Someone help!
FYI I can't workout right now because I have bronchitis and walking pneumonia, so I will start back working out when I'm healthy again.

If you are sick then you need to ensure that you are getting the proper nutrients to fuel your body (You should not worry about losing weight till you recover fully). Rest your body as it is fighting a bacterial infection and when you are no longer sick you may begin cardio to burn off those extra calories. If that does not work then you should experiment with your diet (everyone is different). Feel better and good luck!!!
