Gluten Free?

I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease, which adversely affects my body's ability to break down and absorb gluten. It's begun to make me feel quite ill after eating, so needless to say, it's out!
One of my friends gave me some awesome recipes, but I would love a couple more to add a bit of variety. Anyone have some little gems?

I have a blog here on My Fitness Pal that features both gluten and dairy free recipes you might find interesting. The link is: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/nortx
Please let me know if I can help in any way.

Healthfulpursuit.com is a good source of healthy recipes, but another thing sis that when you are searching for a treat, like pancakes, just add 'gluten free' to your recipe search and you should easily find what you need!0

You can find TONS of gluten free recipes on the Internet! You basically substitute foods that contain wheat (gluten) with gluten free substitutes. Here's a link to a website with recipes that I've liked: http://www.eatingwell.com/nutrition_health/weight_loss_diet_plans/diet_meal_plans/7_day_gluten_free_meal_plan

For me, I find whey protein a pretty awesome substitute for flour.
You can make pancakes, cookies, muffins, brownies, etc. Works brilliantly,0 -
I just stumbled upon this recipe today. I am going to try it this weekend.
