i just wanted to know the sequence order for doing strength training for arms.....
like for example...... should i do bicep and tricep in the beggining or in the end....... and many such postures as to which sequence order to follow?

Go from big compound movements to small isolation moves.
I.e. bench press would be before triceps extensions.
Pull ups would be before bicep curls.0 -

Compound means multi-joint. The bench press is compound, because the shoulder joint and the elbow joint move to complete the exercise.
Isolation mean single joint exercise. Tricep extensions are an isolation exercise as only the elbow moves, or in other words, the tricepmuscle is isolated.
Because bench press uses the chest, shoulder and tricep muscle, it needs to be earlier in the program than tricep exercises. If you exhaust the triceps first, you will be unable to correctly perform the bench press, which is a far more important exercise because it is a compound exercise.
Due to being multi-joint and using multiple muscles, compound moves allow you to move the most weight, work the most muscles, and reap the most benefits.0 -
