Eating when upset- or not eating

So I either want to stuff my face or I feel like I'm going to get sick- my emotions are SUPER tied to my stomach.

I am much better about NOT stuffing my face to fill the hole, but I'm not good at eating when I'm upset and feel sick. What are good things to eat when not feeling up to par (emotionally or physically) that is good for you and easy? Any ideas?

The last couple days I haven't been wanting to eat, but have been- so that is good. Any suggestions for me please? Thanks for taking the time to read this post!

    fruit, vitiman C and vitaman b.....those help me with my emotional issues...eat some fruit or popcorn, fiber one cereal.....soup is great! it is very filling

    THANK YOU!!!! I'm eating a cup of noodles. not the best soup but it is something and it is here at work. :) THANK YOU AGAIN!

    I also have a hard time eating when I feel upset. I tend to go for soft comfort foods. Soup is one. Ice cream. Mashed potatoes and gravy if I feel up to making anything. Soup and ice cream is easier. I don't worry about the high calories because on days like that if I'm not eating much of anything else, I'm certainly not going anywhere near over goal.
