3rd shifters

After a year and a half I finally got a job!!! For the past few years of doing shift work I have always had first shift, but now I want to make the switch to 3rd if the new job allows me to pick. My question is this... For those of you who work 3rd shift, how do you log your calories? I wake up at 9:30 p.m. to start my day, how would I log breakfast? Just do it as my last meal of the day and then go from there? I am SO confused about this.

    I would log breakfast under the next day. If it's tues night, log that as wed breakfast since that's where the majority of your food will be.

    I work third shift and I log my meals by time periods 12am to 7am, 8am to 2pm and 3pm to 9pm. Mostly because I eat at different times on my days off. I also log from midnight to midnight as this works best for me. I had to play around with it for a bit to come to this conclusion. Try it several ways and see what works best for you. =)
