Hi, I'm Sue and used to weigh 25 stone (350) and lost 126, but since going on insulin 3 yrs ago I have slowly crept up 56 so I am now dieting and finding the MFP very helpful keeping me on track, making up my own recipes etc, I am also going swimming quite a lot which helps speed me up and no pain for my arthritis lol, I live in the UK :happy:0

Welcome Sue, I am Sarah and I love myfitnesspal and swimming too
I used to be quite a good swimmer in my youth and I am using it now to help me lose weight. Sending you a friend request, hopefully we can motivate each other to do well with our eating and get in the pool.
