85lbs in 485 days... Slowed down massively by major surgery and it has taken me time to get to a point where I am consistently good with the food. Slow and steady wins the race! X

I have lost seven pounds. Huge because I've been ten pounds ( or more) over weight for more than ten years

30 lbs in 7 months. The past 4-6 weeks have been really slow. Only have 5-10more pounds to go and they are being really stubborn coming off.

42 pounds over 2 years. But about 18 of that was done in the last 3 or 4 months, when I really started trying (and logging). Before that I was just making small changes like cutting back on sugary drinks. Starting slow allowed me to not get overwhelmed and be able to stick with it - no yo-yoing, and no sagging so I'm okay with going slow! Almost at goal!

13 pounds in in 8 months. Sounds slow, but I don't have much to lose, and I'm working on building up muscle.
