What's on your workout play list? list a few of your favs. I HATE when I get going and i'm focused, working hard, in a zone...then the song changes and its something slow or has an off beat. I want to put together a play list of just really up beat music.
My personal favs are just about anything fast by the band Cartel or NFG. all their songs have a pretty constant beat. Or anything that provokes a happy memory. I need to be distracted when I work out. haha

I dont know if you have itunes, but if you do, and you like mixed music, I listen to Fitmusic.com's podcasts, there are a lot of mixes!!!

Also lately my playlist has been made up of a LOT OF :

Ke$ha, pretty much her whole album is upbeat.
    LMFAO
daddy yankee (getting over this a little tho)
Lady Gaga (although she is getting old)
    Drake
    Trez Songs
    Cobra Starship
and a lot of Ministry of Sound songs, (ministry of sound is an album series composed of club mixes, techno, and such!)
