12 week challenge

Hey everyone! I know everyone here tries to help eachother out so I am in need of some advice or help :) I am doing the 12 week challenge with my local Gym. I am doing well but have 2 weeks left and want to kick it into high gear!! What is the best way to drop weight? I nkow I still need to eat so starving myself is out of the question! Just would like a few friendly helpers if possible!! THANKS :)

    Well im not an expert but ive heard that fast paced walking for a long period of time does the trick IF you want to loose fat. If you need to just drop weight so that you get your extra fluids off of your system then anything that makes you sweat will do. sauna is the best for that.
