How long does Silk almond milk last?

The date on the refrigerated carton is January 30, 2013. Will it last that long in the refrigerator after it has been opened?

    It lasts a long time because it's processed using UHT (ultra high temperature) vs. pastuerization

    I did have some go bad once before I could drink it all. It seemed like it was a couple weeks.

    No. On the carton it says 7-10 days after being opened.

    It should say to consume within 7-10 days after opening somewhere on the carton

    I would not keep it that long. I get Blue Diamond Almond Coconut milk and it says on the carton that it is best if you drink it within 7 days of opening. I have gone about 9 days after opening and it has been fine but, I think a month would be pushing it.

    Whoops! I missed that 7-10 day disclaimer. I'm off to look for it now.

    When it goes bad, does it smell like regular sour milk?

    Seems to be fine for over a month in my fridge. Yep just had some I opened in mid October. Still good. Almond fresh!

    Wow, Bakkasan, that's good news, because I don't drink very much of it.

    However, I did find the disclaimer that said to drink between 7-10 days after opening.
