Need Advice for HRM Chest Strap

Ok so I have a Sportline HRM with chest strap which I use everyday when I exercise. It sits below my breasts on my solar plexus. The problem I am having is the elastic band keeps flipping and folding itself while I work out. My OCD kicks in and I end up spending half my time fighting with it to just lie flat around me. I've tried adjusting how high or low I wear it, and how tight or loose but nothing helps. It's driving me crazy! I've even thought about duct taping it to my body! Please! I need some advice! Is there anything I can do??

If you're going to suggest I buy another brand or something please keep in mind my budget is about $100.

Did this happen right away, or only as the strap has gotten worn?

For what it's worth, I use a $75 Polar and don't have this problem.

It's because it's gotten worn. Mine cost my $60 for watch and strap. I'm looking into NuMetrex now.

Highly recommend at Polar FT4 or FT7. Most accurate monitors at a reasonable price and a really comfy band.

I tuck mine underneath my bra band, keeps it in position.

Also, with a Polar, you can buy a new strap when it gets worn out. The sensor itself disconnects from the strap and can be attached to the new one. I'm not sure if sportline has this option.
