I have had this machine for several years and now that cold weather is upon us I have decided to start using it again. The monitor on it is only calculating my heart rate and so I have no idea how many calories I am burning as this machine is not listed in the exercise database. Does anyone else use this or have any suggestions? Thank you so much.

Perhaps a heart rate monitor would be a good investment (most will have you enter personal data - age, height, wight - and give you a reasonable estimation of calories burned based on that)0

You'll burn more calories just walking outside.
That machine was rated one of the most uneffective exercize machines out there. I had one and I have to agree!
