    No snow here. Finally got down to the teens at night though. End of the week we may hit 60's. Yay!!!!!

    we should def. be friends.

    im not a huge bacon fan... but im a fan of most other breakfast foods.
    i was just talking about poached eggs on toast.
    how are your egg poaching skills?

    i loooooooove to cook and bake... and pride myself on making a nice presentation with food... but my one and only attempt at poached eggs, as a teenager, was an EPIC FAIL.

    i cook with bacon... i make bacon for others...
    but if im alone.. or order something at a restaurant i'll HOLD the bacon.
    not cause its not good for me... cause i LOVE a lot of foods that arent good for me... just cause, meh, i dont care for bacon.

    lol, its been about 25years since ive attempted a poached egg.
    i guess its about time i tried it again.
