I was wearing my HRM because I was about to go vacuum the house, and suddenly I had some stomach trouble. So I started the HRM, and according to it, I burned about 83 calories on the throne with an average heart rate of 140.
Should I eat them back??

TMI... My guess is that if you ate it back you might be bulimic... looking for a repeat performance... Eating back calories analogy... You are stuck in deep mud with your car and only sinking deeper suddenly you get some traction, do you want to spray some water on the tires?
