looking for TDEE friends

Hi everyone,
I just started eating my TDEE yesterday. I'm very VERY nervous and would like some friends that do the same. Its a hard concept to look at everyone else and then see mine. Also when it tells you your going to gain at the end of the day. Please I would like some friends that use this method.

25 y/o
5' 5.5"
183 hw
145 losest before my wedding 1.5 months ago
157 current weight
Starting c25klast week. I could run 2 miles during the summer when it was nice. I play volleyball walleyball and softball still

I would like to give this a try. I had lost about 7 pounds by decreasing calories, but now I am at a plateau, and apparently need to bump up my calories to lose. Could you tell me how to figure out my TDEE?0
