newbie

hello , i just started this site yesterday . so im very new the short story is as follows. im 52 years old and 5 years after a triple bypass surgery i find my self more than100 pounds over wieght and insulin dependent . im disabled because of heart condition im starting very slow when it comes to exercise ,need help stay motivated . also need friends with the same issues

  • I don't have the same health issues by I'm very busy with work, etc. so getting excercise in is very hard for me. So far I have been losing just with diet. Hang in there, it really works. It's taken 80 days but I've dropped 17 pounds already.
