I'm listening to my 20 stone colleague banging on and on about how he is soooooo much fitter than me, and he has lost sooooo much more weight than me.

I'm basically listening to a one man Oprah show. He's a crazy dude in denial. I love being around him, he makes me feel so good about myself.

When some dude who's neck is wider than his (very wide) head is telling you how he went to the doctor and basically got a round of applause for being superman stops being funny, you need to re-evaluate your life
