This site is awesome. Getting people as friends who are dedicated and supportive really helps too. Seeing their commitment and successes really helps me. Keep reading the forums and request friends of people who appeal to you. When you send friend request say something bout yourself so they will be more apt to accept request.

Hey gal, good to hearfrom you. I just started this MFP thing a few days ago. I've been filling out the food diary every day and doing pretty good on calorie intake - until today. I had 2 biscuts and 4 slices of bacon! I totaled up almost 1000 calories just for breakfast. I figure if I eat sugarfree jello and vegetables for the rest of the day, and do some exercises I can stay under my daily calorie limit. I hope you're doing better than I am today. haha :sad:0

Hi, just wanted to let you know I weighed at the doctor's yesterday and I lost 3 pounds! I've noticed my stomach's shrinking and I'm starting to eat smaller portions. Cool, huh? I love this site.0
