Should I still continue to lose weight?

I'm 5"3
I started at 143lb and now I'm 131.0 So in total I've lost 12 pounds.
First of all I wanted to lose weight because I wanted to be in the healthy range,
my bmi currently is 24.7
my body fat percentage is 25.28
I don't know whether to stop losing the weight or keep going. I'm considering to lose more because I'm going swimming with some friends but I want to keep it or gain a little more because it's winter...
Any suggestions?

Someone your height may feel awesome and perfect at 130 pounds. A different person your height may feel like they need to lose a few. We all carry weight differently and no one can (or should) answer this question for you. If you are unsure, maintain this weight for a couple of months then see how you feel about it.0

Your BMI and Body fat would allow you a few more lbs...but I agree with Mel...you have to assess how you look and feel and decide for yourself.0
