How do we log JM 30 day shred??

Does anyone know if I can find this in the database?or how to log it?

  • I don't know if this is the most effective way, but I received this website from another MFP member. It's a calorie calculator based on your heart rate.This is how I've been logging my Insanity workouts. Even though I don't have a heart rate monitor, I manually take my heart rate throughout the workout, and then enter the average into this calculator..... hope this helps!

    There was a topic a couple of weeks ago about this. Someone said that Jillian has a ratio to work it out. lt goes like this: for every 25 lbs of body weight you burn on average 50 cals per hour, so you need to divide your weight by 25 then times it by 50 and then divide it by 60( mins in an hour) then times how many minutes you work out for. For me that works out at 187.5 divided by 25 = 7.25 . 7.25 times 50 = 362.5 divided by 60 mns= 6.25 times however many mins l workout for.
