If you subscribe to XM Radio they have a station called BPM which is good beats for working out! I have a subscription and it's only $10.00/Month! :) IF you get internet on your phone I hook mine up to my treadmill and play PANDORA through that with whatever genre of music I am in the mood for.

Three of my favorites are Bring Em Out By TI and Jay Z, Dirt Off Your Shoulders by Jay Z, and (#1) Motivation by TI. I have a great playlist with lots of upbeat rap and r&b.

Showing my age and probably gender here ;-o but i start my cardio workout playlists with some old "pump up the urgency" rock classics:

The Time Has Come Today -- Chambers Brothers
    Desire -- U2
    Right Now -- Van Halen
It's a Long Way to the Top -- ACDC
Turn it On Again -- Genesis

Just for yucks I end one of my playlists (at about 60 minutes) with Anna Nalick's "Breathe."

Hello ! I like music that keeps you going and makes you want to dance when I workout . If your like me then try reggaeton ( I'm not Hispanic) and you don't even have to understand it , the beat is great and will keep you motivated and not even want to stop. I use it especially for running or jogging . Try it out and let me know what you think .

P.s Add me if you want .

Get the running trax CD's by MOS. They're great.

'Feel so close' by Calvin Harris is my absolute fav for beginning and ending runs.
