I add a new challenge every day for those here looking to GAIN weight and do so in a nutritious way that will benefit all of us out here looking to GAIN weight.
Look for my daily challenges and do them on the spot at the moment you read the post.. Reply once done please.
Today's challenge will take you ten extra minutes: .
These challenges will work for men and women.
Continuing with legs
1. Guys eat 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter right now (ladies one tablespoon) If you have 5 saltine crackers around then add that in with this, if not don't worry about it.
2. men and women do simple squats with legs spread at width of shoulder.. 3 sets of 10 each then jog in place with knees reaching mid waste for 3 to 5 minutes
That's it, your extra challenge for today!

BTW..Ive gained 7 lbs in 3 days...I'm sure at least 3 or 4 lbs of that will fall off over the next day or so...0
