I just wanted to post this if you all haven't heard about it or seen the video for it yet. Jillian is coming out with a new dvd next week and it comes out Tues. Its called Killer abs its 3 workouts 30 mins each. Its different from 6 week 6 pack. They posted a video clip of it on her website so if you haven't checked it out here is the clip.

I already preordered mine a few months ago so I'm really lookiing forward to getting it in the mail next week. Once I'm done with 30 day shred I'll be starting Killer abs. Since that is the main part of my body I really want to work on.

I didn't know she had this coming out but I will definitely be getting it at one point or another. I absolutely love ab moves, not sure why but I find those the most fun. Thanks for showing me!0

I'm just finishing up killer abs level 1 today. I got a free 6 mnth subscription to her website and it list all of her dvds and how many cals u burn with each level. Except killer abs cuz it just came out but I log it under circuit training general 30 mins.0

I checked it out at the library today and did level one. My heartrate monitor with a cheststrap showed it burning 266 calories for 30 minutes plus a 5 minute cool down I am 5'7" tall and 166.6 lbs. I liked the level one workout. My tummy is my most troublesome area. I like that she mixes cardio in with ab work on this dvd.0
