Have you seen the commercials in the US about HFCS being 'natural' and healthy because it is made from corn?? Those ads make me wanna puke... check out this article:

Notice those commercials always say "everything is fine in moderation..." - it makes me sick the length our govt will go to to save money.
Want to be shocked? Check out this list of products containing HFCS - probably things 99% of us have eaten in the past or still consume on a regular basis. I've basically boycotted all Kellogg's products, they are one of the big perpetrators of this crap.

I look at ALL labels now.
Here's another fun fact - regular table sugar raises your blood sugar level by 100%, HFCS raises it by 200% - also your liver does nothing but turn it to fat before your body even has a chance to process it.
I honestly believe Americans are fat because of this stuff. In the last 25 years, diabetes has increased by 25% --- since 1980, obesity levels have doubled. Let's not forget that HFCS only appeared in the early 80's................0
