Too much sugar??

I have heard multiple theories on sugr consumption. Everyday it seems as if I am "over" my limit. It is all healthy or at least I think so? Most of my sugars come from fresh fruit. Should I cut down or is it ok to consume a lot?
I get so confused hearing all the different theories!

I have the same issue. I eat very little true sugar, it is mostly found in my fruit and veggies. but I am always over in carbs and sugar!!0

Seems everyone here says have at it when it comes to fruit. I personally think fruit should be at least somewhat controlled. I go over regularly due to fruit, but frankly it doesn't take much to go over.0

Everything I read says processed sugar is the "devil", but I don't think you can go wrong with natural sugars from fresh fruit. I do try to stay away from fruit juice though. I guess it just depends who you ask...good luck :-)0

Yeah I do stay away from juice but I'm still curious if I should cut back on fruit. I eat a lot of apples, raspberries, and grapes and it always goes over my limit:(0
