Been working out at the gym since August. Working on Slimming down after a back injury in Feb. put me in a wheelchair. Out of the chair and dropping pounds and gaining muscle to make sure it doesn't happen again! 50 min on the elliptical a day along with some toning strength exercises. Being real careful with the lower back though. Doc has not released me for squats and leg presses yet, a lot of ab routines still off limits as well but doing what i can. Beginning weight 280lbs weigh in today @ 261lbs. Definite progress0
