This reminds me of that time when my brother and I were in elementary school and we decided to sell coke on the side of the road (instead of a lemonade sale), and we had a big sign that said, "Coke For Sale", and people kept stopping and making cocaine jokes, and we chose not to change the sign because we thought we would get more business with the sign (maybe they were looking for cocaine, but they would buy the cola once they got there).0

I had a bad Coke addiction too ... or Pepsi in a pinch. I stopped drinking sodas all together, unless there is absolutely nothing else available or the water is nasty (some tap water is almost undrinkable). It was hard at first, no doubt, but I don't miss them at all now ... it's been about a year since I gave them up. I actually feel better without the sugar high then crash. Now, coffee? That's my drug of choice. :drinker:0

It's not so much the blow I have a problem with. It's the hookers, and I don't care what you say... They DO love me back!!!0

I quit cold turkey about a year ago. So terrible for you. Headaches only lasted 3-4 days for me anyways.
I do still crave the hell out of it though.0 -
I'm addicted to sex and I ain't tapering off of it..
Point is caffeine isn't something you HAVE to not have. It's ok to consume caffeine every day. It and nicotine (itself, not he delivery vehicle) are actually good for you in many ways.
lmao!
I have a diet coke almost daily... I am not sorry for it :P0 -
Just don't buy it.0

reduce your soda consumption by 1 can per day = 10 lbs of weight per year. You decide if the can a day is still worth it.
Switch to black coffee. All the caffeine, none of the sugar. Yummy too.0 -
You could always report your dealer to the cops then you wont have a way to get some for a while... oh wait... the soda? just don't drink it try black coffee it tastes like **** but if you drink it in bulk you'll be able to drink it more I myself just switched to coke zero after drinking it for about a week I didn't even like normal coke anymore it was waaayy too sugary but keep in mind if you drink diet sodas your body is gonna be tricked into thinking it's about to get some calories and you'll be hungry shortly after0

Just buy caffeine pills0

As someone that can drink a ton of it. Drink more water, and do not have a cheat day. It just reminds you of the "great" feeling and your body will crave it again. Yes, like sex
Water will not fix sex craving, at least not my experience.0 -

I quit regular soda just so I could eat more, the soda killed my calorie goal. I did switch to Diet Coke, and you get use to the taste.
Now I am trying to quit that and have massive headaches. It's just the caffeine, try drinking more coffee or tea.0 -
Coffee in the mornings cured me!!! And I put a little carefully measured out sugar in mine so it's not super gross. It's still way less calories than a can of pop!0

Seriously though - taper off the caffeine.0 -
I gave up soda back in Januray and I found out what I missed was the carbonation. So now I drink sparkling water and it curves my apatite for soda.0

I found not buying it helped.0

once you stop drinking it for a few days and fight through the headaches then your body will get used to it0
