1 c So Delicious Dairy Free Coconut Milk Beverage (Vanilla flavor, 70 cal)
1 whole banana (works better if frozen)
1 Tbsp Nutella

Delicious, and only 275 cal.

    Yummy! I put 1/2 cup of vanilla sugar free low fat into a cup of almond milk tonight so it was sort of a milkshake. it was delicious!

    Try Justin's chocolate hazelnut butter instead of nutella (or even Peanut Butter & Co's Dark Chocolate Dreams). The ingredient list is more natural

    I'll take mine instead:

    1/2 c. unsweet coconut milk
    1/2 c. frozen mango
    1/2 c. frozen strawberry
    1 c. baby spinach (washed 3 times)
    1 T. flax oil
    purified water to desired consistency

    believe this! soooo refreshing and hardly any sugars! :drinker:

    I make the same thing, but I use Hershey's pure cocoa powder (10 cals) instead of the nutella. And I use either almond milk or diary milk. So it's not EXACTLY the same thing, but the exact same feel!
