Apologies are in order...

To every "health nut" I ever scorned, I am truly sorry. To every calorie counter that I mocked, please forgive me. To all the "skinny" people, I regret teasing you with my nasty, greasy food when you chose a better, healthier option. I'm not entirely hyped up by tallying every teensy morsel, but I understand now why it is important. I hope you can all forgive me.

I have to admit that I did the same things when I was bitter about my weight and felt hopeless to change it. :blushing:
After I lost weight and people started doing it to me, I remembered how I felt before and didn't hold it against them. :flowerforyou:0 -
LOL Don't feel guilty. You just didn't understand.0

Yeah, I am the same. I have to stop myself lecturing people when they moan about their weight and fitness, or when they go on some trashy diet. I did exactly the same things myself in the past, but now I seem to have worked out what to do, I just want to pass on that knowledge even though I sound like an old harpy. The expression "there is nothing worse than a reformed wh0re" is very apt in my case :ohwell:0
