Do any of you find yourself hungrier in the winter? I'm 380 calories over today and still hungry! It was a cold day. Any tips/ tricks to dealing with winter hunger?

Soup? I made vegetable soup and put black-eyed peas in it for protein. The warmth was comforting, the liquid filled me up, and it had lots of vitamins. I did eat bread and cheese with it, but still it seemed like a good option.
Herbal tea is good for warmth and comfort too.0 -
I'm having the same issue. I think it's because I'm drinking less water because it's colder so I end up eating/snacking more when I'm just thirsty. Maybe that's the same issue you're having?0

Yes totally!
Plenty of warm tee and water. I think it's just because we're cold...0 -
Me too!
I'm conatsntly hungry, tired and craving for carbs!
I've recently read an article that says it could be a lack of vitamin b. I can't seem to find it, but this one is pointing in the same direction: http://www.drbriffa.com/2012/10/11/vitamin-d-found-to-promote-fat-loss-and-muscle-gain-in-women/0
