200 CALF RAISES!

If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to beat your previous # by 5 or 10! Be sure to brag when you’re done!
Level 1: From floor
Level 2: Heels hanging off any kind of step
Level 3: Add weights in your hands just hanging at your sides. No weights? Get creative!
DEFINITELY stretch BEFORE, BETWEEN, & AFTER SETS.
Post once to accept the challenge and again (before midnight!) when completed! Don’t forget to brag about the level you did!

My legs are super sore from working out yesterday, so I will do Level 1!0 -

I Did it. Along with 30 seated calf raises with 25 pounds. Today was my gym day. :happy: I did all levels. My legs will either like me or hate me.0

I did 100 on each leg at level 20

I'm done & here's how I did them:
80 standing calf raises...heels hanging off a step
95 calf raises...no weights
55 calf raises holding 10 lb. KB [heaviest weight I have at home :ohwell: ]
After I added these all up & realized I went over by 30, lol Oh well0 -
