HI EVERYONE! I JUST WANTED TO SHARE A REALLY GREAT BOOK EVERYONE SHOULD READ. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SO CONFUSED ABOUT DIETING AND CALORIE COUNTING AND SOMETIMES I JUST GIVE UP FOR THAT ONE REASON. I AM A HUGE BOB HARPER FAN. SO I BOUGHT HIS BOOK "THE SKINNY RULES". I READ IT IN ONE EVENING. THEN 2 DAYS LATER I READ IT AGAIN. I AM NOT READING IT FOR THE 3RD TIME. AWESOME INFORMATION ABOUT DIETING. HE MAKES IT SO SIMPLE. I LOOK AT FOOD IN A DIFFERENT WAY. BEST $18 I HAVE SPEND IN A LONG TIME.

Glad it helped you. Dieting isn't sorcery like most people would have you believe.... Figure out how to stay in a reasonable deficit and stay active. Learn to cook. Make your own food. Plan your meals. Enjoy life. Win constantly. :drinker:0
